Shipping
Processing time: Orders ship within 2–3 business days.
International orders may take longer depending on customs and courier delays.
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or refunds for sizing issues on domestic or international orders. Please use our Size Guide to ensure the best fit before purchasing.
Refunds or exchanges are only considered if an item arrives damaged or incorrect. In such cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. Approved cases will be eligible for exchange or store credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. If approved, we’ll make it right with a replacement or store credit.

Customs & Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes charged by your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices. If a parcel is refused due to unpaid customs, it will not be refunded.
