Welcome to Her Own Abaya (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing from our store, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These policies are designed to ensure a transparent shopping experience while protecting both our business and our customers.
By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms. If you do not agree, we kindly ask that you do not proceed with a purchase.
Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution
By completing a purchase, you agree not to initiate chargebacks with your payment provider without first contacting us to resolve the issue. We are committed to handling concerns promptly and fairly. Any disputes filed as chargebacks without prior communication may be subject to additional fees and legal action.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We currently do not accept returns or refunds for sizing issues on domestic or international orders. Please use our Size Guide to ensure the best fit before purchasing.

Refunds or exchanges are only considered if an item arrives damaged or incorrect. In such cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. Approved cases will be eligible for exchange or store credit

Sizing Policy 
We strongly encourage all customers to carefully review our Size Guide before placing an order. 
Please note: Refunds or returns are not accepted for incorrect sizes. To avoid disappointment, we recommend double-checking your measurements against our guide before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We carefully inspect every order before shipping. In the rare case your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. Approved cases will be eligible for exchange or store credit.

Shipping Policy
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.
International shipping may take longer depending on destination, customs, or courier delays.
Please note: We are not responsible for delays once an order is with the courier.

Customs & Taxes (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes applied by their country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
If a customer refuses to pay customs and the parcel is returned, no refund will be issued.

Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled if you contact Her Own Abaya within 12 hours of placing an order.
After this window and/or once the order has been shipped out, the order cannot be cancelled.
